Your photographs and how they can be used

As the photographer, I retain the copyright in the photographs I create. When you purchase your final images, you receive a licence to use them for your personal and professional purposes.

You are free to use your photographs on your website, social media, LinkedIn profile, CV, company profile, and in press, publicity and other materials used to promote you or your work.

I may occasionally wish to share photographs from your session on my website, social media, portfolio or other marketing materials. I will only do so with your permission.

When booking, you will be asked whether you are happy for me to use selected photographs from your session. I will always make sure you are happy with the images before they are shared.

TRAVEL

I’m based in St Leonards-on-Sea and I’m happy to bring the studio to you.

Travel within 20 miles — £35

For locations between 21 and 40 miles away, additional return mileage is charged at £1 per mile

For example:

For 35 miles away:

• Base travel fee covering the first 20 miles: £35

• Additional distance: 15 miles each way

• Additional return mileage: 30 miles × £1 = £30

Total travel fee: £65

With the £135 headshot session, the complete price would be £200

Parking, congestion charges, tolls and other location-specific travel costs, where applicable, are charged separately.
